Abstract
We present the case of a 78-year-old man with coagulation factor V (FV) deficiency without bleeding symptoms, acquired after receiving antibiotic treatment. The presence of the FV inhibitor was confirmed by the Bethesda method. The coagulopathy was corrected after discontinuation of the drug.
