Abstract
We present the case of a male patient with myeloid/ lymphoid neoplasm with eosinophilia (NML-eo) and PDGFRA rearrangement, with a history of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (LT-NOS) and hypereosinophilia. NML-eo and PDGFRA rearrangement arise from a pluripotent hematopoietic progenitor cell, which generates both myeloid and lymphoid differentiation lineages. The fusion gene can be expressed in eosinophils, neutrophils, mast cells, T cells, B cells and monocytes. Is the association between T NOS and NML-eo lymphoma with PDGFRA possible?
