Abstract
Dural primary intracranial non-Hodgkin B lymphoma is a type of primary central nervous system
(CNS) lymphoma, with no evidence of systemic lymphoma at the time of diagnosis. It corresponds to a very rare pathology, whose most common histology corresponds to MALT-type lymphomas. CNS lymphocytic lymphoma is very rare, and in published cases it has a good prognosis with localized therapy.
In this report we describe two cases of intracranial dural lymphocytic lymphoma that present with clinical manifestations and images suggestive of meningioma and are treated with surgery and radiotherapy. One of the cases relapses in a systemic way, a not
previously reported evolution.
