Resumen

A pesar de los avances logrados en el tratamiento del linfoma de Hodgkin en Pediatría sabemos que un porcentaje de pacientes, cada vez más pequeño debido a la intensidad de los tratamientos de primera línea, se comportará como refractarios al tratamiento o recayendo en un tiempo variable. Sin embargo, en virtud de los cambios acontecidos en los últimos años en la terapia de primera línea y en las herramientas disponibles para el rescate de estos pacientes, este escenario merece discutirse y redefinirse.
